Fr Molloy case. Have we been taped ?
After the latest revelations today I would like to know have I and members of my family been taped. We have had numerous telephone conversations with the Cold Case unit since 2009. If they are Taping were they Tapping also ? What about data protection ?

Some months ago this post was put on Twitter aimed directly at me by a group using the name Families for Justice @familiesforjust. They removed the offensive tweet after other people objected to it. I asked for the names of the people behind the group but to date they have not identified themselves.

New EU directive will force disclosure of reasons not to prosecute
