False name given in evidence presented to court

Dr. Michael O'HalloranIn the report submitted by The State Pathologist Professor John Harbison on Page 7  he states that

” On 30th. July I examined the brain with Dr. Michael O’Halloran Consultant Neuropathologist at St Laurences Hospital.”

Each page of the report is initialed by Professor Harbison.

THERE WAS NO NEUROPATHOLOGIST AT ST. LAWRENCES HOSPITAL OR REGISTERED IN THE COUNTRY AT THAT TIME OR BEFORE.

The Gardai after their recent investigation (???) were unable to explain this as all the original notes are missing.

Coroner’s Report – Doctor named in evidence did not exist

Coroner’s Report

On page 7 of the Coroner’s Report which was presented as evidence.
Dr. Harbison wrote under the section
“Examination of the Brain ”
” On 30th July 1985 I examined the brain with Dr. Michael O’Halloran Consultant Neuropathologist at St. Laurences Hospital”

Dr. Harbison initialled the page before it was submitted as evidence.

NO SUCH NEUROPATHOLOGIST EVER EXISTED IN THIS COUNTRY.
