Cause of death – Gardaí informed DPP
As early as July 1985 the Gardaí in Tullamore wrote to the DPP ( 31st July 1985 ) and informed him of the cause of death. This was obviously based on Dr. Harrison’s Post Mortem report. Why did the DPP not follow up on this as a matter of urgency ?
