The Garda Ombudsman published a report into the Fr Niall Molloy case in July 2018. They were critical of the Gardai in their handling of the case. Lost evidence, files etc.
We were assured that the Gardai would issue a statement in response to their findings.
It is now over two years and no statement has been made by them.
