The Surgeon on duty when Theresa Flynn was admitted to hospital said he would answer questions on her alleged injuries if he was called as a witness to Trial.
He was not called as witness to either the Trial or Inquest.
Theresa Flynn was taken away from the Murder scene and admitted to Tullamore hospital before Gardai were called. Her Solicitor ( Who also acted for Niall ) instructed the hospital to say nothing about her condition
